Blanco Processing LLC was founded by Eddy Blanco Jr., an Arizona native who understands how Arizona mortgage files move, how local agents and Loan Officers communicate, and how important clear weekly updates are during the loan process.

After seeing the frustration caused by out-of-state and nationwide processing companies that do not always understand Arizona-specific expectations, Eddy created Blanco Processing LLC to serve Arizona Loan Officers with a more focused, reliable, and local processing solution.

Tonya is a Senior Loan Processor with more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience. She specializes in Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, DSCR, and Reverse Mortgage loan products, serving borrowers throughout California and Arizona.

With a reputation for accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service, Tonya is committed to ensuring every loan moves smoothly from application to closing. She works closely with loan officers, underwriters, borrowers, and real estate professionals to navigate the lending process with clear communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
